About this recipe: An impressive dish with an impressive flavour, it's a delicious and easy meal. The cost of lobster might put you off but if you use tinned dressed lobster from John West® then it's really cheap!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2

    • good quality olive oil
    • 1 garlic clove, crushed
    • 1 small courgette, finely chopped
    • 180g linguine
    • 43g tin dressed crab
    • 43g tin dressed lobster (or substitute a crab for a lobster or lobster for a crab)
    • 10 to 15 stalks purple sprouting broccoli
    • 1 tablespoon onion seeds (optional)

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min

    1. Preheat a pan with some oil and the garlic. Add the courgette and fry gently until soft.
    2. Cook the linguine in a pan filled with 2 liters of boiling water and boil for 6 to 8 minutes (time may vary for different brands). Add the broccoli to the pasta water and cook until the broccoli is soft but still has some bite. Drain and put back into the pan.
    3. Add the lobster and crab to the courgette and toss together. (Add the onion seeds if using.) Put the pasta and broccoli in the courgette pan and mix together. Enjoy!

    Tip

You could also add peas for more vegetables.
