About this recipe:
This curry gives a new flavour to the mouth and it is really easy to make. If some one is making it for the first time, it is really simple. The total preparation time is 30 minutes. Its simple and tasty.
2 cups of tomatoes sliced
1/2 a cup of ginger sliced
1/2 a cup of coriander sliced
2 cups of oil
2 table spoons of garam masala
2 table spoons of turmeric
2 table spoons of chilli
Salt to taste
1 table spoon of onion paste
1/2 cup of yougurt
1 chicken cut in small pieces

First place the sliced tomatoes and sliced ginger and put it on low flame for 2 mins.
Second put the chicken which are cut in small pieces, with the tomatoes and ginger,on a low flame.
Third stir the chicken,tomatoes and ginger until the juices from the tomatoes start to dry.
Fourth when the juices from the tomatoes are about to dry add oil and stir.
Fifth while stirring add garam masala, turmeric, chilli, onion paste, yogurt and salt.
Sixth then cover the lid when the chicken is tender.
Seventh add the coriander for enhancement of flavour. Tip
Make sure not to add too much yogurt otherwise it will taste sour.
