Sieve the flour into a mixing bowl.
Using an ordinary butter knife, slowly add the water. Remember different flour qualities absorb different quantities of water so you may need more or less dependent on what flour you use. The dough should be lightly sticky and very elastic and stretchy.
Once mixed, divide into portions (you should get four large pizzas from this) and roll to no more than 0.5mm thickness. Once happy place on a pizza/baking tray and lightly coat with olive oil.
Add toppings and cook at 200 C / 180 C Fan / Gas 6 for 10 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
These bases also cook well on the BBQ but remember to place on foil first.
