Cheesy spinach pasta

    Cheesy pasta with the addition of spinach and tomato and mushroom Italian sauce.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 pot cottage cheese
    • 3 cups roughly chopped spinach
    • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
    • 3 cups tomato&mushroom italian sauce
    • 2 cups half-cooked pasta
    • 1/4 cup water

    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:40min  ›  Ready in:50min 

    1. Preheat Oven 200c.
    2. Mix cottage cheese, spinach and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
    3. Spread 1 cup pasta sauce in base of pot. Top with 1 Cup of Pasta and half the spinach mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining pasta sauce.
    4. Slowly pour water around inside edges of baking dish.
    5. Cover. Bake at 180c for 40mins. Uncover. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for further 10mins. Uncovered.
    6. Rest for 10mins before serving.
