My favourite way to use up old bananas - no fussing about with pans, just drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking tray and pop in the oven! Ready in 15 minutes and delicious.
You can use self raising flour instead of plain, just leave out out the baking powder and bicarb of soda.
