A tasty meal which is easy to cook! You can use almost any short pasta shape in this recipe and add other veg to taste, such as chopped red pepper or baby spinach.
Cook the pasta in boiling water according to packet instructions.
While the pasta is boiling, open the to tins of tomatoes and pour in to a pan over medium high heat. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Simmer the sauce, adding water only if you prefer a runnier sauce.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain well and add to the sauce. Toss to coat the pasta in the sauce, then serve!
