Chicken goujons with a kick

    Slightly spicy chicken goujons, quick and easy to make, seasoned with Piri Piri rub.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 Chicken breasts(cut into strips)
    • 1 egg
    • Flour
    • Salt n pepper
    • 125g of bread
    • Piri Piri rub or any seasoning of your choice

    1. Put flour, salt n pepper and seasoning into a bowl, roll the chicken strips in this.
    2. Take another bowl, crack the egg into it and beat it
    3. Coat the chicken strips in the egg
    4. Put bread in a food processor and don't stop until you have breadcrumbs.
    5. Dip chicken strips in breadcrumbs, coating all of the chicken
    6. Put some oil in a pan and pan fry for 8 mins on a medium heat.
