About this recipe: A satisfying snack! Rye crispbreads are a great wholegrain snack and a source of fibre, and eating about 5 walnuts everyday may help your heart health. The Brie is a good source of protein.

Serves: 1 

  • 1 rye crispbread
  • 25g Brie cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried cranberries
  • 30g walnuts, chopped

  1. Top rye crispbread with 25g Brie. Sprinkle with dried cranberries and walnuts. (If you prefer the cheese deliciously melted, zap in the microwave for a few seconds.)
