    About this recipe: A healthy snack with fresh peppers - full of vitamin C - and carrots, an excellent source of carotene. Teaming these with Cheddar cheese and yoghurt adds calcium, not only great for bones but great for flavour. Our Cheddar is after all amongst the best in the world - we invented it!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 1 red pepper
    • 1 carrot
    • 30g cubed Cheddar
    • 1 tablespoon reduced fat mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon 0% Greek yoghurt
    • snipped fresh chives

    Method

    1. Chop a red pepper and carrot into medium size chunks and thread on cocktail sticks with 30g cubed Cheddar.
    2. Dunk into a dip made by mixing mayonnaise, Greek yogurt and plenty of fresh snipped chives.
