About this recipe:
This has to be the easiest platter for pre-dinner snacks ever! It also makes one packet of biltong go a long way!
1/2 packet small round savoury crackers
50 to 75g cream cheese
30g packet of biltong
chopped fresh parsley to garnish
- Spread the cream cheese onto the crackers very thinly (it's basically there to stick the biltong on). Pop a piece of biltong on top. Garnish with parsley.
Its amazing how someone who does not know what biltong is will happily eat it when its on a cracker! Then of course they are hooked!
