Biscuit Bhakri a Traditional Food

    Biscuit bhakri is a non-baked version of the traditional cookie.

    • Wheat flour - 4 cups
    • Besan flour - 1 cup
    • Ghee - 4 teaspoons


    1. Knead the wheat flour, besan, ghee, milk, sugar and hot water in hard dough.
    2. Make small rounds and roll the dough in small biscuit size chapatti ½ inch thick.
