    About this recipe: We love this chorizo mince with rice or jacket potato. This is a really easy dinner and freezes well.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 6 

    • 1 large chorizo sausage
    • 800g mince beef
    • 1 tin chopped tomato
    • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
    • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 teaspoon oregano
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • 200ml water

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:40min  ›  Ready in:50min 

    1. Slice chorizo then half each slice again, fry until oil just starts to come out.
    2. Add the mince beef and fry together until beef just turns brown, add rest of ingredients.
    3. Cook for about 30 to 40 minutes or until reduced right down, season to taste.
