About this recipe:
We love this chorizo mince with rice or jacket potato. This is a really easy dinner and freezes well.
1 large chorizo sausage
800g mince beef
1 tin chopped tomato
1 tablespoon tomato puree
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper, to taste
- Slice chorizo then half each slice again, fry until oil just starts to come out.
- Add the mince beef and fry together until beef just turns brown, add rest of ingredients.
- Cook for about 30 to 40 minutes or until reduced right down, season to taste.

Nice and easy! I added some sliced mushrooms I happened to have lying around which complemented the taste.

Single bloke! - Lasted 3 days, even better on the last day. Had it with baked pots & garlic bread
