Cream cheese mushrooms

    This is a great side to pretty much anything. It has been used with steak, chicken, part of a cooked breakfast, even on top of toast with beans. Quick and easy, so tasty.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 150g baby mushrooms, sliced
    • oil, for frying
    • 1/2 tub garlic and herb cream cheese

    Method
    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Place the frying pan on high heat and fry the mushrooms in a little oil. Once the mushrooms have gone a little dark and soft add the cream cheese. Stir until the cheese has formed a nice sauce.

    Tip

    You can use 150g box of baby mushrooms or half a punnet of standard mushrooms sliced or quartered depending on taste.
