This quick and easy sundae takes only a few minutes to assemble.

Ingredients
Serves: 2
- 6 to 6 large strawberries
- 1/2 tin (200g) pineapple pieces, crushed
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 2 slices chocolate fudge cake
- 4 scoops ice cream (flavour of your choice)
- For the decoration
- whipped cream spray
- wafer biscuits (optional)
- sprinkles

- In a bowl, chop up strawberries and add pineapple pieces. Mix and squash both fruit lightly with a fork. Don't mix too much, leave chunks.
- Add strawberry jam and mix with a spoon. Leave to one side.
- Place a slice of chocolate fudge cake in each sundae glass or dessert bowl. Top it with a couple of tablespoons strawberry and pineapple mixture. Add 2 scoops ice cream to each glass.
- Top it all with canned cream spray. Add wafers and sprinkles to decorate. Serve straight away!
