In a bowl, chop up strawberries and add pineapple pieces. Mix and squash both fruit lightly with a fork. Don't mix too much, leave chunks.
Add strawberry jam and mix with a spoon. Leave to one side.
Place a slice of chocolate fudge cake in each sundae glass or dessert bowl. Top it with a couple of tablespoons strawberry and pineapple mixture. Add 2 scoops ice cream to each glass.
Top it all with canned cream spray. Add wafers and sprinkles to decorate. Serve straight away!
