About this recipe: Make it fun and ask the kids to identify the five fruits they can taste - they'll never guess there are fresh tomatoes in this drink! Tastes best when the tomatoes and mango are perfectly ripe.

Serves: 4 

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 500g tomatoes, skinned, halved and seeded
  • 600g watermelon, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
  • Grated zest and juice of 1 orange
  • Grated zest and juice of 1 lime
  • To serve
  • ice
  • orange and lime slices

  1. Put the chopped mango, tomatoes, watermelon, and orange and lime zest and juice in a food processor or blender and purée until smooth. Depending on the capacity of your blender, you may have to do this in 2 batches.
  2. Half fill 4 large tumblers with ice and pour over the pureed juice. Garnish with orange and lime slices. Serve immediately.
