    • 1 lb of sausage meat******
    • Puff pastry
    • Sage and onion seasoning
    • cheese******


    1. Place the sausage meat, cheese and sage and onion into a bowl and mix well. Preheat oven at gas mark 4 or 180 degrees.
    2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface
    3. take the mixture and spread out evenly
    4. roll the pastry up (like a swiss roll).
    5. The cut into even segments. Place on a baking tray and cook in the oven for about 50 mins or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack. for best results leave till cold and then enjoy


    I usually dont buy sausage meat i use either fresh or frozen sausage and have recently found that cumberland sausage have a real nice flavour. I use a good mature cheese.
