Preheat oven to fan 160*C, conventional 180*C, gas 4.
Place your paper cases into your cupcake tin (It depends on how many you think your going make out of your cake mix).
Sift the flour and cocoa into a bowl and put to one side. using an electric whisk, cream sugar and butter together until light and fluffy. Gradually add the beaten eggs and water and the chocolate chips with a little of the flour. Gently fold in the remainder of the flour until all the ingredient are combined.
Place even dollops of the mix into the cake cases.
Bake for 20 minutes , until a skewer comes out clean.
Not a good recipe tells you to buy orange flavouring but then it's not mentioned anywhere in the recipe. Also can't really call it terrys chocolate orange when this isn't used anywhere in the recipe - 02 May 2014
