Preheat the oven to 180 C / 160 C fan / Gas 4. Place 8 to 12 paper cases into your cupcake tin depending on how small or large you want the cupcakes to be.
Sift the flour and cocoa into a bowl and put to one side. Using an electric whisk, cream sugar and butter together until light and fluffy. Gradually add the beaten eggs, milk, orange flavouring and 2 to 3 tablespoons chocolate chips with a little of the flour. Gently fold in the remainder of the flour until all the ingredients are combined.
Evenly distribute the mixture amongst the cake cases.
Bake until a skewer comes out clean, about 20 minutes. Place on a cooling rack. Decorate to taste.
Not a good recipe tells you to buy orange flavouring but then it's not mentioned anywhere in the recipe. Also can't really call it terrys chocolate orange when this isn't used anywhere in the recipe
