75g golden syrup
175g digestive biscuits, crushed
75g glacé cherries, quartered
175g dark chocolate, chopped

Grease and line a 450g loaf tin.
In a saucepan over a medium heat, melt the butter and syrup then stir in the biscuits, fruit and chopped chocolate. Press the mixture into the loaf tin and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Slice and serve.
