About this recipe:
These brownies are rich, super tasty and loved by the kids. Great for birthday parties, picnics or even afternoon tea. Serve by themselves or warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
200g quality dark chocolate
225g caster sugar
125g plain flour, sifted

Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease and line a 20x30cm tin with baking parchment.
In a saucepan over a low heat, melt the butter and chocolate together. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Whisk the sugar and eggs together in a mixing bowl, then pour the chocolate mixture in, continuing to whisk. Fold in the flour.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean. Remove from the oven and and cool.
Really easy simple recipe, tried it with milk and white chocolate and the flavours were very nice and sweet. I baked for 25 mins in my fan oven for a set top and bottom and a gooey middle. Also got great reviews from all my friends who tried it.

I loved this recipe because it was so simple, and easy to make. I used 70% dark chocolate and it had a lovely rich taste

well 25 mins cooking time was too long, not chewy. burnt..new oven too so not that!! next time 20 mins and take it straight out
