Сharlotte russe ( easy to cook apple pie)

    When you want to eat something sweet and tasty in the evening but don't want to spend lots of time in the kitchen, here is apple pie! Popular in Russia, especially in autumn time when trees in the garden are full with these fruits of Eva:)

    • 4 eggs
    • 1 glass of sugar (~170 ml)
    • 1 glass of flour (~170 ml
    • 2-3 medium size apples


    1. Take eggs. Divide whites and yolks.
    2. Put whites into the bowl, whisk whites by hand-held mixer. While whisking, add the sugar little by little, so you will get nice thick froth
    3. Add yolks to the froth, continue whisking
    4. Add flour and whisk carefully by hand-held mixer
    5. Preheat the oven to 180 C. It is necessary to do it, so your pie will bake better
    6. While waiting for the oven to be ready, wash and chop into small pieces the apples
    7. Take the baking dish and butter it out, fill the tray with half of the mixture of eggs and flour, cover with chopped apples, pour the remains of mixture to the apples
    8. Put into the oven for 40-60 min. Do not open the oven door so your charlotte could raise
