About this recipe: A good smoothie for a morning wake up! Very easy and you can use frozen bananas, if desired, so you don't have to bin the brown ones!

  • 1 banana
  • 200g yoghurt
  • 120ml milk
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

  1. Blend banana, yoghurt and milk together till smooth. Sprinkle cinnamon over smoothie to serve.
