Low calorie Nutella® and vanilla milkshake

    This low calorie milkshake is perfect for when you are watching your weight. No blender or ice cream needed!

    Serves: 1 

    • 2 to 3 tablespoons Nutella®
    • 250ml semi-skimmed milk
    • few drops vanilla extract

    1. Pour milk into a measuring jug until it reaches 250ml. Add one tablespoon of Nutella® and whisk until there are no lumps. Do one tablespoon at a time to blend in the Nutella® and milk easier.
    2. Slowly add a few drops of vanilla extract. Whisk until all the mixture is blended (no lumps). Pour into a large glass and serve.
