The very berry smoothie

    A delicious smoothie full of fruity goodness! If you like your berries, you'll love this smoothie. You can use your favourite sweetener, including agave nectar or honey.

    • 4 tablespoons frozen berry mix
    • 2 tablespoons low fat raspberry yoghurt
    • 2 tablespoons fat-free natural yoghurt
    • 200ml semi-skimmed milk
    • 2 packets sweetener
    • 3 ice cubes

    1. Easy - Put all the items in the blender and mix on high speed for about 30 seconds, or till smooth.


    If you do not like berry seeds, strain the mix before serving in a tall glass. Best enjoyed through a straw.
