It is ever so easy to make your own strawberry yoghurt at home, saving you money and you can enjoy the fact that nothing has been added that you didn't add yourself. This strawberry yoghurt is creamy, fruity and simple, just as it should be.
However tempting, resist the urge to remove the lid and check on the yoghurt, this will have a potentially negative effect on the end result. We set the yoghurt maker to incubate last thing at night to avoid temptation.
By adding the dried milk, this makes the yoghurt creamier.
Do not add anything to the yoghurt before or during incubating such as sugar and fruit, this should all be done afterwards. Yoghurt should last about 4 days in a sealed container in the fridge.
Simple, plain, creamy yoghurt without pectin. Can't beat this method. Thank you for the recipe. - 02 May 2016
