A dish inspired by my favourite soup, Thai chicken noodle. Designed to be much easier then the soup with just as much yummy flavour. This chicken can go with many side dishes, from salads to noodles to rice.
This recipe is very adaptable. Amounts of ingredients can be changed quite a bit to fit your tastes - don't like chillies? Leave them out! I usually cook this with chicken breast, but any type of chicken will work well, be it thighs, drumsticks - whatever you like! Though I have not tried it out, it may work well with other mild meats.
