  • 1 whole chicken, jointed
  • 3 tablespoons Baron's Green Seasoning

Prep:15min  ›  Cook:45min  ›  Ready in:1hr 

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in this authentic Caribbean green seasoning for 3 hours or preferably overnight.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 C / Gas 7. Place chicken in a roasting tin.
  3. Roast chicken pieces in hot oven until crispy and tender, about 45 minutes.
