- 1 small pineapple - peeled, cored and diced
- 1 dash Ribena®
- ginger beer

- Place pineapple and Ribena into blender. Add a few glugs of ginger beer. Blend for 30 seconds, adding more ginger beer if needed to achieve your desired consistency. Serve straightaway, over ice if liked.
