These little dairy free cakes are the basic cakes all kids can make from 3 years old on rainy days or Sundays, and decorate with their own imagination. It only requires an adult to put them in the oven and take them out.
To make fairy cakes with currants, cherries or lemon, add about 50g of fruit or lemon to taste to the mixture in step 2.
