    About this recipe: These little cakes are the basic cakes all kids can make from 3 years old on rainy days , Sundays, and decorate with their own imagination, and they will love them just needs adult to put them in the oven and take out.

    Ingredients

    • Any decoration you want to buy or sweets
    • 200g margarine
    • 200g flour
    • 200g castor sugar
    • 2 eggs

    Method

    1. Pre heat oven to 190C
    2. add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk till creamy,
    3. place 12 cases on baking ray and fill not to the top just about 3/4 of the way
    4. place in oven for about 20 minutes
    5. decorate as you like or eat plain

    Tip

    Do not open oven until at least 16 minutes into cooking or cakes will flop, to test they are done put sharp knife in to cake if I comes out clean they are done, if there is mix on knife they need more time .If you like to make current cakes or cherries or lemon add the fruit after stage 2 use about 50g
