About this recipe: This is a favourite of mine and I generally freeze it into about four meals and have it with buttered small new spuds and a chunk or two of buttered crusty bread. The spices don't over-power the taste of the other ingredients, great stuff. You will need a large frying pan for this dish.
I think there is enough in this dish for 4 to 6 people, I live alone so it does me for at least 4 meals unless someone visits. Its great as you can defrost one portion in about ten minutes.
