Quick tiramisu

    This quick tiramisu needs only 30 minutes to chill. Creamy, flavourful and perfect after any meal, not just after Italian food.

    Serves: 6 

    • 8 trifle sponges
    • 130ml cold coffee
    • 6 tablespoons cream liqueur
    • 600ml extra thick cream
    • 450g mascarpone cheese
    • 110g grated chocolate

    Prep:10min  ›  Extra time:30min chilling  ›  Ready in:40min 

    1. Arrange the sponges in the base of a glass dish and spoon over the coffee and the liqueur.
    2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream and the mascarpone cheese and spoon on top of the sponges. Sprinkle the grated chocolate on top. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
