Peanut butter icing

    Yummy no fuss peanut butter icing, easy to make. This makes enough icing to cover a cake top.

    Serves: 6 

    • 4 tablespoons cream cheese, at room temperature
    • 2 tablespoons peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
    • 190g sieved icing sugar


    1. Cream the cream cheese and peanut butter together in a bowl. Gradually add the sieved icing sugar a bit at a time till all mixed in.
    2. Beat until fluffly, spread on cooled cake or buns.


    You can also use low fat cream cheese.
