This very simple cheese and spring onion dip is a great nibble for cocktail parties. Serve with crackers or melba toast.

- 450g cream cheese
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 1 tablespoon Cholula® hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper, to taste

Loved this dip the hot sauce gave it a bit of a kick which was nice I added a small amount of whipping cream to the recipe at the end just to make it a bit running so my kids could dip crisps in - 13 Aug 2016
