Ingredients

1 (260g) packet fresh spinach
300g strawberries, sliced
150g goat's cheese
110g toasted pecans
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste

In a serving bowl toss together the spinach, strawberries, goat's cheese and pecans. In a jar combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey and balsamic vinegar. Screw the lid on and shake vigorously. Pour over the salad and season. Serve chilled.
