Cream cheese stuffed olives

    These cream cheese olives are tasty and moreish. The cream cheese has a little bit of spice to it, so alter according to personal taste.

    • 200g cream cheese
    • 1/2 red pepper, seeded and minced
    • 1 small chilli pepper, seeded and minced
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1 pinch paprika
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    • 30 large pitted olives

    1. In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients except the olives and blend until smooth. Carefully stuff each olive with the cream cheese mixture. Serve chilled.
