200g milk chocolate
2 tablespoons golden syrup
250g crispy rice cereal
3 tablespoons grated white chocolate

Line a deep baking tray with baking parchment. In a saucepan over a low heat, combine the milk chocolate and the golden syrup and stir until melted. Pour the crispy rice cereal into a bowl then add the melted chocolate, stir to coat the cereal in the chocolate thoroughly. Spoon into the prepared baking tray and press down lightly with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle with grated white chocolate. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
Remove from the fridge and lift out of the baking tray using the baking parchment to help you. Cut into squares and chill until served.
