Tuna and pepper pasta bake

    This tasty tuna and pepper pasta bake is great for whipping up in a jiffy when the cupboards are a little bare.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 large green pepper, seeded and roughly chopped
    • 1 large red pepper, seeded and roughly chopped
    • 1 large yellow pepper, seeded and roughly chopped
    • 3 spring onions, chopped
    • 3 (160g) tins tuna, drained
    • 300g cooked pasta
    • 1 (295g) tin cream of celery soup
    • 2 tablespoons Nandos® Peri-Peri sauce
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
    • salt and pepper, to taste

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    2. Melt the butter and add the garlic, peppers and spring onions. Cook and stir for 5 minutes until softened slightly. Add the remainder of the ingredients, stir well and then transfer to a baking dish.
    3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until piping hot and golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve.
