Tuna penne pasta bake

    This easy and affordable tuna penne pasta bake needs little fuss and is easy on the budget. Great when it comes to filling your family for less.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 6 

    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 (295g) tin cream of celery soup
    • 450g cooked penne pasta
    • 2 (160g) tins tuna, drained
    • 110g grated Parmesan cheese

    Method

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    2. In a large casserole dish over a medium heat, melt the butter and add the onion and garlic. Stir for 3 minutes until soft then add the soup and cooked pasta. Flake the tuna and stir through the pasta. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
    3. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until heated through. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
