2 tabblespoons of toffee sauce
some white and plain chocolate chips (as meny as you think is needed)
half a cup of icing sugar (more if needed)
2 tabblespoons of toffee sause
4 tabblespoons of warn water
some chopped vanilla fudge (as menny as you think is needed) cut into small chunks
12 lolly pop sticks (optional)

preheat the oven to 180 c/350f/gas 4. Grease 2 baking trays. In a bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar together until very pale and creamy. sift the flour and the baking soda into the bowl, add the toffee sauce and mix again. fold in the chocolate chips.
divide the cookie dough into 12 equal portions and roll each one into a small ball. place the balls of dough onto the baking trays, leaving gaps in between them, then press them down with your fingertips or a fork. insert a lollypop stick into each cookie ensuring that the topof the stick is completely covered in cookie dough.
bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cookies are just firm. leave the cookies to cool on the baking trays for about 5 minutes the transfer to a wire rack or plate to cool.
For the toffee glaze, mix together the icing sugar, toffee sause and warm water until smooth. drizzle the glaze over the cookies decorate them with chunks of fudge or sprinkles then leave to set
