    Makes: 15 make ahead dumplings

    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 225g plain flour
    • 55g suet
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • 85ml full fat milk
    • 350ml chicken stock

    1. In a mixing bowl, combine the baking powder and flour then rub in the suet, seasoning and milk. Gradually add the stock until the dumplings can be formed into golf ball sized balls. Use or freeze.
