A healthy, vegan and vegetarian slow cooker casserole. At the moment I am on a diet, so I am looking for foods that are really filling but low in calories. I split it all up into three batches and worked out it would be roughly about 270 calories a batch. It is really filling and will keep you going for hours.
Very bland, needs a lot more spices. Found the rice was very mushy too, mind I did you white rice instead of brown? Nice idea, think I would add more spices if I was to make it again x - 18 Jun 2015
