Cut the orange and lemon in half. Juice one half of the lemon, then slice the other half. Do the same with the orange. Add the fruit slices to a large jug with some ice. Combine the orange and lemon juice in a saucepan with the sugar and warm until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Into the jug, add the cucumber, apple, red wine, brandy and lemonade. Stir in the sweetened juices. Garnish with fresh mint and serve ice cold.
