    About this recipe: These cheesy olives are a fantastic starter for a party and really easy to eat while holding a glass of wine - so important!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 15 

    • 200g self raising flour
    • 100g butter, softened
    • 200g goat's cheese
    • 25 to 30 large pimento stuffed olives

    Method
    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:40min  ›  Ready in:55min 

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease a baking tray.
    2. In a bowl, combine the flour, butter and goat's cheese. Make into a small ball (meatball sized) then slip an olive into the centre of the ball and close around it so it is hidden. Arrange on the prepared baking tray.
    3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve.
