In a frying pan over a medium heat, warm the oil and add the shallot, Worcestershire sauce then the bacon and chicken livers. Cook and stir for 5 to 6 minutes until the chicken livers are no longer pink in the centre. Mix in the parsley then season.
Toast the bread then butter to taste. Plate then spoon the liver and bacon on top of the toast. Serve immediately.
