About this recipe: This fancy special crab dip is great for a special occasion as it is very crab dense, and therefore a bit on the expensive side.

Serves: 8 

  • 450g quality crab meat
  • 4 tablespoons creme fraiche
  • the juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons capers, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • sea salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 sprig fresh parsley

Prep:10min  ›  Extra time:1hr chilling  ›  Ready in:1hr10min 

  1. In a bowl combine all of the ingredients, except the parsley, and mix well. Place in the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour prior to serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
