    About this recipe: This delightful coleslaw is a fabulous way to get the nourishment of the vegetables in a tasty way. Great served inside a baked potato and a good choice for picky eaters.

    • 1 cabbage, shredded
    • 2 large carrots, shredded
    • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 3 tablespoons soured cream
    • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
    • 1 small onion, finely chopped
    • 1 handful sultanas (optional)

    1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Serve chilled.

    Tip

    The coleslaw should keep for up to 3 days covered in the fridge.
