Authentic noodles and chicken Pakchoi


    Noodles and chicken Pakchoi no MSG and simple , some of the ingredients you can add more or lessen down its optional, some persons don't like oil so they steam chicken first. Others rather stew the chicken then apply the pakchoi, what I did is fry the chicken a little then when finished apply pakchoi.

    • 1 pk authentic noodles
    • salt
    • 2 tbsp chive
    • 1 tbsp celery
    • 1 onion chopped
    • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
    • 1 tsp chopped hot pepper ( optional )
    • 1 tbsp garlic chopped
    • 3 chicken breast
    • 1 pk Pakchoi
    • 2 tbsp oil


    1. Rinse noodles (optional )
    2. Put noodles to boil according to the instructions on the pack
    3. When noodles are finished, drain.
    4. Next is to make the chicken Pakchoi
    5. Wash and cut up pakchoi and put aside. Then wash and cut up chicken breast into slices
    6. Then seasoned chicken with chopped onions, celery, chive, garlic , salt and pepper.
    7. Heat pot and apply oil, after 4 seconds put the chicken in, lower heat and cover pot . Apply little water at a time if chicken sauce is about to dry up.
    8. When chicken is finished add pakchoi and mix. Cover pot and simmer for 4 mins.


    To enjoy the noodles more, apply soy sauce
