Preheat the oven to 110 C / Gas 1⁄4. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
With an electric whisk or a normal whisk, whisk the egg whites till peaks start to form. Then add in the icing sugar and the caster sugar and continue mixing till smooth and satiny. Get a spoon and splat your meringues all over the tray.
Put in the oven and bake till crispy (they shouldn't go brown), about 1 3/4 hours. Let cool on the trays.
Serve with whatever you desire. Eat them and enjoy!
