About this recipe: Make these mouth watering masterpieces with just three simple ingredients! Enjoy plain or serve with whatever you desire!

  • 4 large organic egg whites
  • 115g icing sugar
  • 115g caster sugar

  1. Preheat the oven to 110 C / Gas 1⁄4. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
  2. With an electric whisk or a normal whisk, whisk the egg whites till peaks start to form. Then add in the icing sugar and the caster sugar and continue mixing till smooth and satiny. Get a spoon and splat your meringues all over the tray.
  3. Put in the oven and bake till crispy (they shouldn't go brown), about 1 3/4 hours. Let cool on the trays.
  4. Serve with whatever you desire. Eat them and enjoy!
