A quick one pot recipe which can be served in the pan at the table. Serve with warm crusty bread to soak up any passata left in the pan. Add in chorizo or smoked paprika for a nice smoky flavour.
I didn`t have all the ingredients so tweaked it about a little and it turned out to be a delicious ,simple meal.I will use this as a basic recipe again.
