I found this recipe on spoonful.com whilst looking for a slow cooker recipe for use with chicken pieces and what few ingredients I had left in the cupboard before shopping, and this was what I found. I made a slight variation using four fruit marmalade and it was just as delicious, and I made some minor adjustments to the recipe.
Best served on a bed of rice. You could try other fruits, juices and conserves but I've only so far tried it with orange juice and four fruit marmalade. For example you could try sliced plums with damson jam and grape juice.
