CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFIN
Excellent big and fluffy muffin recipe! makes 12 large muffins in tulip cases 15 -20 in normal muffin cases

Ingredients
- 1 lb 6oz Self raising flour
- 12 oz caster sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 6 oz whole egg
- 10 oz milk
- 6 oz veg oil
- 4 oz chocolate chips
Method
- pre heat oven to 180'c fan, gas mark 4
- In a bowl mix flour, caster sugar, chocolate chips and baking powder
- combine milk, oil and egg
- add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well till combined
- pour into muffin cases (I use tulip cases) 3/4 full
- put in oven for approx 20 mins or until knife comes out clean
- cool on a baking wire and then enjoy!!!
